Physical Health well-being.

It is evident that obesity is slowly becoming a growing factor in New Zealand and it all begins at school. How children use their leisure time slowly begins to change as they grow and inactivity during physical education is one of the first warning signs. The World Health organisation have come up with ways in which will improve the physical well-being of children ages from 5 to 17 as well as it's long term benefits.
To start with, scientific studies shown by the World Health Organisation provide evidence that physical activity play a major role in fundamental health for children and youth. Of course the more physical activity that children part take in will increase and enhance physical fitness when children are participating in a favored sports, but the significant benefits are within the well being of the child. The physical fitness benefits in which are documented are the fat reductions, enhancing of bone health as well as reducing the symptoms of depression and most importantly decrease the risks of obesity. Part taking in physical education in New Zealand and around will not only decrease the level of early deaths but will also however decrease disease risks that may lead to the same path. A hypothesis made by the organisation had been proven that when children maintaining high level and intensities of physical activity continuing into adult years will enable people to have lower risks of diabetes and cardiovascular disease later on in life. "Collectively, the research suggests that moderate- to
vigorous-intensity physical activity for at least 60 minutes per day would
help children and youth maintain a healthy cardiorespiratory and metabolic
risk profile." Normal weight youth in New Zealand that have a high level of participating in physical education tend to benefit more from lower health risks than those who are over weight and/or obesed.
